Returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging. Only full packs can be returned—we do not accept partial packs, pallets, or pavers.

• A photograph showing the product’s condition and location is required before we can arrange collection and return.

• A full refund will be issued, minus collection and any applicable re-stocking fees.

• If your order has already been dispatched, you must arrange for the goods to be returned promptly.

Although rare, breakages can occur during transit.

• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund the items in line with your legal rights.

• Inspect all products thoroughly upon delivery before signing for them.

• If any part of your order is damaged, sign for it as “damaged” upon arrival.

• Report any breakages within 2 working days of delivery and include photos of the damaged slabs.

• We may need to collect the damaged slabs for inspection before filing an insurance claim.

• The return cost must be covered by the customer unless the order was signed as “damaged on arrival”.

• If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive it, the courier may leave the goods in a safe location and provide photographic proof.

• If redelivery is required, the additional delivery cost will be charged to the customer.

 

Custom or specially ordered items cannot be returned for a refund.

 

• Our porcelain outdoor pavers comply with EN14411.

• Rectified size variations may be ±1%.

• Product images are for representation purposes. We recommend blending pavers before final installation to ensure a visually satisfactory result.
